Welcome to Dimensional Divide (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Dimensional Divide Minecraft server, website, store, and any related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

1. Access to the Services

To use our Services, you must:

  • Have a valid Minecraft account.

  • Follow all Minecraft End User License Agreement (EULA) requirements.

  • Meet the minimum age required by your jurisdiction (typically 13+).

We may suspend or terminate access to any user who violates these Terms, engages in disruptive behavior, or harms the community or server environment.

2. User Conduct

When using Dimensional Divide, you agree not to:

  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other players.

  • Disrupt server gameplay or stability.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to staff tools, systems, or accounts.

  • Impersonate staff or other players.

  • Engage in activities that violate local, national, or international law.

We reserve the right to enforce server rules at our discretion.

3. Purchases & Virtual Items

Dimensional Divide sells virtual goods, including ranks, cosmetics, and other in-game perks. By purchasing from our store, you agree to the following:

3.1 No Ownership

You are purchasing a license to use digital perks, not ownership of any content or assets.

3.2 Availability

We reserve the right to modify, remove, or rebalance any perk, rank, or cosmetic at any time for gameplay, security, or compliance reasons.

3.3 Delivery

Most purchases are delivered automatically. If your purchase does not go through within 24 hours, please contact us.

3.4 Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks will result in:

  • Immediate and permanent ban from the server and store

  • Revocation of all purchased items

If you believe a payment was made in error, please contact us before initiating a chargeback.

4. Refund Policy

Because all items sold are digital, non-tangible goods, all sales are final.

Refunds may be granted only in exceptional cases at our sole discretion (e.g., duplicate purchases or significant technical failure).

5. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your Minecraft and website accounts secure

  • Any actions taken under your account

  • Ensuring the security of your login credentials

Dimensional Divide is not responsible for:

  • Lost accounts

  • Compromised accounts due to weak passwords or sharing credentials

6. Server Rules

In addition to these Terms, you must follow all in-game rules published on the website or server. We may update rules at any time, and it is your responsibility to remain informed.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate your account

  • Revoke access to purchased perks

  • Ban you from the Minecraft server or website

Reasons may include, but are not limited to:

  • Violation of Terms or rules

  • Fraudulent activity

  • Abuse toward staff or players

No refunds are issued for terminated accounts.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Dimensional Divide is not liable for:

  • Loss of data

  • Service downtime or interruptions

  • Removal of content or features

  • Consequences of gameplay interactions with other users

  • Loss of virtual items due to server resets, bugs, or updates

Your use of the Services is at your own risk.

9. Intellectual Property

All site content, branding, graphics, server builds, and plugins (unless third-party) are the property of Dimensional Divide and may not be redistributed, copied, or used without permission.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last Updated” date will always reflect the latest version.

Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
